Rasbery Pavlova British fashion label was founded by Dawn Freeman, a specialist in creative pattern cutting, design & drapery. Dawn’s approach to designing for clients is balanced with a passion for traditional techniques & slow fashion.

From our modern atelier located in Edinburgh, each piece is lovingly made-to-order by Dawn & her small team of skilled seamstresses. All our pieces are available to order online, purchase in person or from one of our lovely stockists.

We are a small brand with a big hearts & look forward to working with you to create your dream wedding outfit.

Atelier

Our atelier is a modern fashion studio housing Rasbery Pavlova & our sister brand Challk Studio. Located in Edinburgh, our sunny headquarters is where we design, cut & make every order. All our designs can be purchased online, but if you want something more personal, we welcome our customers to come and try on our collection, or commission a bespoke piece.

Our atelier was born to focus on slow fashion, every wedding outfit is made-to-order keeping waste to an absolute minimum. Dawn’s aim is to reintroduce the secret world of fashion to a wider audience, believing that bespoke & couture garments shouldn’t be the privilege of a few.

SERVICES

APPOINTMENTS

We welcome our customers to visit our atelier and try on our wedding collection. This service is on a appointment only basis. In the first instance please contact us for a virtual appointment to discuss your requirements so that we can make sure we have the right samples for you to try. This service is focused on our wedding clients, but you don’t have to be a bride to come and see us! We take a small fee for our appointments, this is refunded if you purchase an item from us.

VIRTUAL

If you love Rasbery Pavlova but don’t live near Scotland or indeed in the UK, we can offer a virtual consultation. You can chat for free with Dawn for up to 30 minutes about your wedding and style ideas. Dawn will suggest some pieces that you can view virtually & if you select any that might be perfect for your wedding day then we offer an ‘at home’ try on service. Please contact us for more details.

BESPOKE

Our bespoke service is for those wanting something personally tailored to their unique style. We offer different levels of personalisation ranging from a slight tweak of our current separates and wedding dresses, to a complete wedding dress commission. We only take on a few full commissions a year, so if you would like this service please get in touch with us well in advance of your wedding or event. The processes requires time and at least three fittings with us in person.

ALTERATIONS

Our atelier also houses our very brilliant sister brand Challk Studio which offers numerous fashion services including creative pattern cutting, stand drapery and alterations, as well as 1-to-1 tuition and classes. If you would like your wedding dress altered, an item of clothing re-worked or up cycled, a jacket tailored to fit like a glove, then please visit Challk Studio website for a price list, or to book an appointment.
