UK / Domestic Shipping

Everything purchase is made-to-order. Please allow time for us to create our beautiful pieces. Designs can take 6-12 weeks to make, longer for bespoke commissions. We will work with each customer towards a suitable delivery date. All our orders include free shipping within the UK. We send our garments via courier service in a secure wedding box wrapped in acid free tissue paper. Rasbery Pavlova sales will provide tracking information upon dispatch.

International shipping

International Shipping £50.00 / Europ £30.00

Please allow extra time if you are ordering from Europe or further afield. We send all our orders via courier service that is completely trackable. International shipping prices vary depending on the size of your order.

Customs and import taxes

Shipping costs are exclusive of any import tax or customs duties which may be payable on delivery.

Rasbery Pavlova is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges. If any items are returned to us following a refusal to pay taxes, you will be refunded the value of your order minus any taxes, re-delivery fees and any other additional charges we incur including cost of fabric and work undertaken on your order. This is non-negotiable.

Delays

Unexpected shipping delays may occur which we have no control over and cannot be held responsible for, but we will always endeavour to track your items stay in contact with you and our courier’s to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Returns

All our garments are made-to-order from every clients individual measurements, as such we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any orders. Please contact us to discuss this further if you have any concerns.

If you are unhappy with any item please contact us with 7 days of delivery. Our team will work with you to find a solution.

Refunds

Our pieces that are not made-to-measure and sold as separate pieces can be returned within 7 days within receipt of delivery. Please email us at sales@rasberypavlova.com quoting your name and invoice number.

Every returned item must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on Rasbery Pavlova items. Returns will not be accepted from garments that have makeup stains or that smell of perfume.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item(s) to us. We encourage you to return your item(s) via a prepaid registered or traceable postal service and strongly recommend taking note of your tracking number. Rasbery Pavlova is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.

Once you return is received refunds will be processed within 14 days and paid into your nominated bank account.

International Returns

For all returns from outside of the U.K please ensure that you are aware of any potential associated customs and shipping charges. Rasbery Pavlova is not responsible for any charges that are applied to your return.

Please ensure you clearly label that your package is a RETURN on the outside of the package and on any customs forms you fill out.
